Learn to laugh at yourself, and you will never be without a source of amusement. People say that we engineers don't have a sense of humor and can never laugh. Nonsense. We find the actions of non-engineers hilarious.

I have found that most people find it easier to deny that a problem exists than try to fix it. They have also found it better for their salary and career. By the time these actions destroy the company, they assume that they will have to a higher paying job.
