Stickers were a common suggestion and I like it theory but don’t think it’s the right answer for me

Friends, I’m seeking ideas for small ways to treat myself that are not food-related. Think “I did the hard errands so now I’ll grab a donut” but replace “donut” with a similarly priced non-food/drink. Suggestions?
