Health researcher, interested in qualitative methods, patient experience, NHS quality improvement, COVID, rural and remote healthcare. Pro-European, linguist, in love with Italy. Still furious about brexit. Cat fan (other animals welcome). Annoyed by attempts to autocorrect my very deliberate punctuation choices.

Time split between Aberdeen and Oxford, but mostly Oxford now I'm semi-retired.

@mock His last few days weren't great and when he stopped eating much it became obvious he had little quality of life left. Poor boy but sleeping now.
Not a good #Caturday for us today. Sadly our little Tigger was overwhelmed by his kidney problems and was put to sleep this morning. Bless his little silver paws. Good night, sweet prince, and flights of cat angels sing thee to thy rest..
@davidallengreen So when you post in both places have you found a way to do that which doesn't involve manually copy-pasting?
Please for the love of everything use full stops.
I just had to read a post manually line by line for it to make sense because my screen reader uses them to break the flow of speech, and the next line joined on to the first one changed the intended meaning.
They are not rude, or intimidating or whatever the ridiculous reason is you don't like using them.
