He keeps cats.
Emulates humans.
The eternal Pinocchio, but he's growing,
Every day, as an entity, and as a person.
How could you not love him?
He's not just his job description, any more!
He still swings a mean scythe,
And if you're on his" to-do list",
He's not fooling.
If you've got ticket to ride,
Death will make sure you get there.
You might be late,
But he's always on time.

I've gone a bit teary., missing two people I've never met in person.
I have travelled in their worlds via the imagination highways they mapped out for us.
We are fortunate to have a met them/their many characters, well sprung, between the pages of their books.🥰
