As an aside to this, imagine if you woke up this morning and has completely lost the ability to criticise yourself. Other people could still do it but your inner critic had totally lost it's voice. How much of the bad stuff comes from the outside??
We all have doubts. All of us. Imposter syndrome, they call it - that feeling of not belonging, that you don’t deserve to be where you are.
So, today, it’s a Flip-The-Script Friday. Whenever you have one of those thoughts today, I want you to do a manual override and say to yourself, “What if I AM good enough? What if I DO deserve to be here? What if I really AM good at what I do?”
Give it a shot. You’ve got nothing to lose but your imposter syndrome.
