I updated my UI Framework in preparation for the Quest UI and some other missing pieces. I streamlined the design and updated the colors. My editor especially benefited a lot from those changes already!

Testing out adding gibberish voices as a voice replacement. Not quite sure about this version just yet, but better than nothing. Maybe?

Just switched my game engine's audio system to FMOD. Testing out audio zones with reverb going from exterior to warehouse interior. I still need to learn more about the parameters... but it's a good start I think!

Hmm, maybe those 'Don't stand in the fire!' loading screens in RPGs are onto something? 🤔

Added doors, locks, keys, and safes. If there's a locked door, there's a key. If there's a safe... you'll figure it out. Little things to build up the stealth sandbox 🔐

This animation test looks a bit silly but I'm hyped about what's under the hood my new skeleton & animation system!
Now I can animate limb positions with overall way more control over keyframes, easing functions and timeline signals.
No fancy UI editor (it's all code), but C#'s hot reload makes iteration fast. Plus, defining animations in code means I can hook into actor state and sprinkle in some randomness.
Also finally fixed neck slot items showing on all NPCs!

Kicking off the year with a brand new logo for Uncounted Isles! What do you think?

Happy New Year everyone!
And thanks for all your support and feedback!
A little thing I played around with for my holiday post was adding blinking to NPCs. Now it's fully integrated for both NPCs and the player and what a difference it makes!
