I ran out of my allergy meds. I thought "I can go a bit without them, I haven't had any allergy symptoms in a while..."

Because I've been taking my allergy meds.

One day I will learn causation.

It has taken an age and there is still paperwork to do but I now am legal to drive in Germany.

I think I shall celebrate with a nap.

Tip for pasta salads: overcook your pasta by 2 minutes or so. The cold will firm it up and traditional al dente pasta will feel too stiff.

One of the things I love to do in summer is make a big batch of pasta salad and eat it for meals. (Don't call it meal prep, we don't bust out the fancy tupperware for this).

The new 'find' is poached chicken and pasta with sundried tomatoes, mozarella pearls, and lemon pesto from a jar.

I thought I didn't like pesto, but it turns out I like lemon pesto.

Next week's pasta salad is going to be either Greek inspired (feta, kalamata olives, etc) or a BLT twist.
