Heya, so its been a while since I done any sort of public post, don't worry I didn't forget about the fact that I own social media its just that... I can't really care to focus on social media. I know there is people that are ruthlessly addicted to social media and I get it, it's a chamber that some people fail to get out of.

However, I've been focused on my real life, improving myself (to the point that the only time I updated my website was a month ago and that was only to sync up copyright dates to the new year) to make sure I don't get caught in the same hole as I did many months ago. Got a job and everything, I will be posting again soon, but just don't expect anything too clever.

Do well-needed maintenance on my server

I got 2 USPes for 30 dollars from a thrift store and... I spent like 50 dollars on batteries. I saved around 600 dollars of spending, this is legit the first good find I had in AGES when it comes to thrifting.

I didn't get the middle one, just the APC units, the 1500 and 1300 (BX XS LCD)

In the 1300 it had corrosion on the battery prongs, and when I cleaned them and tried to recharge them, it didn't work, batteries were toasted, however the batteries in the 1500 were about a year old, so I bought new batteries, put them in the 1500 and put the old batteries from the 1500 into the 1300, now they both work! I have redundant USPes for 70 dollars!
