theyve been rising surprisingly well recently given that its been so cold lately! adding a bit more starter than i usually would seems to do the trick.
I'm into cooking and baking, with a big focus on sourdough. I'm relatively new to bread baking, so I'll be posting a lot of my loaves to help document my progress over time.
