I don't understand this, but I think I agree.
Well, I've been putting off using the account migration thing, but I guess now that I'm using my other account more it's about time I did.
Hopefully a fraction of you will re-follow me at my "new" digs.
My problem isn't the texture of the cheese, it's that I haven't had a soft cheese yet that I liked the aftertaste of. So there's something in common among the ones I've tried that I don't care for.
Oh, those are absolutely fine. I love me some havarti.
Oddly, I find brie and other similarly soft cheeses have a really unpleasant aftertaste. Blue I'm fine with, and pretty much any solid type cheese. It's just the squishy cheeses I can't really get a taste for.
Not dyed blue. Actual blue cheese.
