I hope everyone in Orange County can evacuate safely.
I still remember hearing the fertilizer plant in West exploding.
I live over a hundred miles from West, Texas as the crow flies.
We went out side to roll up car windows because we thought it was thunder.
There wasn't a cloud in the sky.
Gonna log off social media now. We'll see if I succeed in staying off here until Wednesday when I need to promote Outside Cats.

I was able to eat some food just now with meat in it and am feeling mildly less depressed.
Still gonna try to stay off social media a bit more over the next week or so. Need to focus on workwork.
The only bright side I've seen to there being nothing on TV worth watching because all the channels cancelled anything with a remotely diverse cast is I've had more time to write after work without fear I'll miss a show I like.
I am also making my books even more queer and diverse.
When RFK JR and Trump put me in a reeducation camp because I wrote genderfluid detectives and asexual cats I will continue to write my stories on the walls of my cell if necessary.
Feeling extra anxious due to the news and finances and everything else going on so I haven't been able to focus on work today. I made a little progress on a chibi but not much.
I want to scream.
So, I'm going to scream into a manuscript and torment some blorbos.
