While getting photos of Mack Sennett postcards I left the folder open to these wonderful original movie promo photos for Zasu Pitts. Thema Todd appears in the left one. 2 very funny women who made the switch to sound. Their peak was in the early sound era.

This is the only tree turning and it's just the one branch cluster. Today, I noticed the contrast of red against green. Deeper in the tree it is more apparent, but those photos come out as walls of leaves. So I didn't use any of them.

I must not have noticed before, but seems late in the autumn for the persimmons to still be green. Apples and plums are ripe, not these.

Not as bad as it looks. I pick up the edible fruit and the lower branches of the tree have been harvested. They are good plums and okay apples if you bite carefully.
