When you see antisemitic bots like this that spam replies to posts criticising Israel’s ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people, make sure you report and block them.

(They block you after commenting so you can’t act on their post. Unless, that is, you run your own instance like I do and can suspend them.)

Why yes, conflating Zionism with being Jewish is to state that all Jews support Israel, settler colonialism, apartheid, ethnic cleansing, and genocide. Of course not all Jews are Zionist and support such inhumanity. And not all Zionists are Jews.

The only ones painting targets on Jewish backs are Zionists.

I can only assume Zionist/pro-genocide servers will not be allowed according to mastodon.social’s new server covenant and suggested as safe spaces to newcomers to the fediverse (including Palestinians suffering through genocide, ethnic cleansing, and apartheid) but it would be good to have official confirmation of this.

It’s time for people (and mastodon servers) to be unapologetically unambiguous about which side of history they stand on.

another account made by dav1d, a harasser that keep stalking me and other people on fedi

We're suspending the user fasterthanlime @ hachyderm.io for harassment of a Puerto Rican FOSS contributor and being a sloperator (someone who ruins the environment and code quality using ai).

The FOSS contributor, that fasterthanlime harassed, created an open source list of software projects infected with ai slop, and was harassed into leaving the FOSS community by people such as fasterthanlime who love LLMs more than they love BIPOC fems in this community.

What they did was shameful. They have tens of thousands of followers on fedi and thousands on GitHub. They knew what they were doing.

Fasterthanlime even went and removed all references to Kat's associated projects, such as KDL, and kept publicly shaming her. This is highly inappropriate and unprofessional.

LLM defenders are not allowed on this instance, especially if they harass Puerto Rican comrades out of the FOSS community. This is awful.

Anyone coming to defend LLMs or LLM users in the comments will be suspended.
