I’m a volunteer community fundraising officer for a local mental health charity and also volunteer fundraising advisor to an autistic charity after recently being diagnosed autistic myself.

I’m a caring person who just enjoy helping people, aircraft spotting, enjoying time with close friends and caring for a elderly friend
I would like to travel more, learn to cook and lean new things

What a brilliant book this was - and a sense of achievement that I’ve learnt to read books thanks to @treehugger push me to do it
I managed a little bit longer on the rowing machine today and tried out the cross trainer , not convinced yet but i felt a bit overwhelmed with the amount of people in and a short stint on the exercise bike
Cooked a full dinner tonight on my own for @treehugger - trout, garlic & herb mash potato with veggies
I never really read children’s books as a child but @treehugger suggested I tried and remember these, so I just finished this was one great writing by Enid blyton
Last night @treehugger and I made a very yummy veggie cottage/cumberland pie with Linda McCartney veggie mince with vegetables in it too and lovely double Gloucester cheese and bread crumbs on - it took me back to when I used to watch my mum do her signature forking on top, one of the happier memories of my childhood
Books were never my thing in my childhood (except looking at car and plane books) but recently @treehugger has help me start and I just finished ‘the railway children’ such a lovely story and it was such a relaxing world to live in then
Visiting Frankfurt this week with @treehugger explying Christmas markets & other sights but the train network signage is really confusing, they don’t even display all the stops 🚝
Had a lovely night out tonight with @treehugger at Prezzo in Cheshire oaks, following a slight disaster on our previous visit the manager offered a complimentary meal for two on the house - what we didn’t expect was a free started and drinks bonus - but definitely impressed tonight

Hi all,
I'm sharing my study on the experience of seeking and having counselling due to symptoms of fatigue from ME/CFS or long covid. I am doing this for my master's dissertation in counselling.

I'll be doing interviews with questions about the impact of counselling on how people view themselves, their illness, and any influence on their relationships. If this sounds relevant to you and you are interested in participating and you are in the UK, please email me at [email protected].

Went for a meal at prezzo on Sunday with @treehugger and was quite disappointed with my pizza so I spoke to them today and the manager was brilliant and had offered us free complimentary dinners on the house (bonus)
