Alice sends tx A->B but the coins actually end up in Z. Then when normie Carol sends a tx an analyst must deal with possibility that Carol's coins disappeared too

TDevD [ec6e54588cd7617e]@MrHodl The goTenna Mesh doesn't have internet connectivity. However, it can be paired with a smartphone that does have connectivity. txTenna app will send the hex tx (signed tx) through one goTenna Mesh device for broadcasting to any other devices within range. Receiving devices that are paired to an internet connected device use txTenna to upload the received packet so the tx can be reassembled and broadcast.

This is not a problem...
Etherchain shows 140000 unconfirmed tx'. But because of 'tx dropping' we have no idea how many pending transactions there actually are on ethereum.

Same. I'm finding myself scanning through twitter two or three times a day, but I've (weirdly) never felt comfortable using it, if I've got things to post, I'll post them here.
