So you like the tube ("London Underground")?

Would you love a geeky peek into some very dark and filthy passages most people don't get to see?

The London Transport Museum is about to release their Hidden London tour dates for the winter period. These are EXCELLENT. I've done them all and highly recommended them.

Sign up to the LT Museum mailing list for presales, or keep an eye on their website.

@Edent I guess, if you don't want to self host, that you could use something like https://hostedgitea.com/ and enable social (Google/GH/GL/...) login or registrations, but it's a bit pricey.

Another thing (that I didn't test yet) is https://radicle.xyz/. It is a kind of federated/decentralised forge around git protocol itself. Seems cool.

Still mind blown that we now have arbitrarily set import taxes (tariffs) and export taxes (15% revenue share from GPUs sold by Intel & AMD in China) with no actual laws written.

Congress is superfluous at this point. We just have a unitary executive.

Trump wants Ukraine to give up territory to Putin in exchange for peace, and according to CNN this includes Crimea and The Donbas.

Why did our ancestors not get a peace deal with Hitler by giving up France and The Netherlands?

Because they were not idiots.

Oops! The Times has had to issue an embarrassing correction over supposedly "sluggish" EV sales 😳

❌ It said EV sales to private buyers fell 10.8% this yr
✅They actually GREW…by 62%

Yet Times articles still claim a "big fall", "collapse" & "slide" in private EV sales 🤔

It's funny to hear managers saying that coders need to embrace AI to survive, because in my experience every actually useful new technology has gotten into the organization either by coders smuggling it in under managers' noses, or forcing it in over managers' loud and direct opposition
Keir Starmer: you are actually the leader of the Labour Party, so stop letting your every utterance and decision to be influenced by what Reform voters think. I don't give a fuck what Reform voters think. Deliver Labour policies, you fanny.
