The month of stupid begins today! Will I kms or simply be committed?

Spoke to the registered greybeard about getting FTP access to an ancient database today but i didn't specifically say whatever magic word so we had a fun half hour of him trying to get me to remote into linux to change a password I don't know why if I can't ftp over the web why would I have access to the box that runs the server?

I forgot I set this to delete stuff.

Longer than my delete policy ago, work moved my locker far away from my hotdesk corral. Today they graciously bestowed me a bottom drawer sort of locker near the old one but will definitely make my disabled ass overbalance & fall

I declined the locker but then! Realised that injuring myself at work is kind of a best case scenario, tpd pension is goals babyyyy

I'm reading House of Leaves by Mark Danielewski & it's all the fun of a psychotic break coupled with a smattering of cosmic horror that has me just ... staring at my hands
