I browsed the library today but the art books I found were rather dull, and some had barely any pictures, or had just bare bones information, or only included male artists.

I'd like to some some studies but keep forgetting the names. (Memory issues)

Same.

And what's extra difficult is that while we're following our breadcrumb trail of seemingly random associations, we generally get interrupted every other thought with NTs' messages that we think wrong, we learned wrong, we're just doing it wrong, ad infinitum ad nauseam. It's exhausting.

ADHD brains often like to jump from one thought to another through loose association rather than concrete linear thinking.

Recalling this information later, then, could require seemingly random association.

In my experience, this is super confusing to people who don't experience it
