Minnesotan. Old. Likes reading paper books. Avoids social media other than here.
There's nothing more patriotic the media can do during the war than telling the truth.
The reason mike johnson cannot name a single fraud case the SAVE act would stop is because the SAVE act is not a bill to stop voter fraud it's a bill to suppress the vote.

It's like they are actively trying to destroy US tourism...imagine masked agents with big guns at airports demanding to see people's papers.

Sad day when Iran has more credibility than the President of the United States.
trump is paying a French company $1 billion dollars to stop building wind farms which would have generated more than 4 gigawatts of electricity for American households. The company will now spend the money on the development of a new liquified natural gas plant in Texas that will help EXPORT US LNG to Europe.
The DOJ would rather investigate made up crimes by trump's political opponents instead of actual crimes by trump and his people like the very obvious insider trading that's going on.

From the Fintan O’Toole article:

“[W]hat happens abroad does not stay abroad: one of the things Trump has never lied about is that for him the real war is on the home front. He is showing that he can declare it however and whenever he feels like it.”

Signifying Absolutely Nothing

Trump’s war of choice in Iran is a performance of horrific military strength that betrays a stark political weakness.

It was only thanks to the 30,000 trained observers in Minnesota that reality could not be so easily distorted: ICE was abusing our rights, kidnapping working people off the street and tearing families apart. But with observers present, the world could see what the Party told us not to see. And no amount of words could cover it up. https://minnesotareformer.com/2026/03/11/the-minnesota-resistance-exposed-the-orwellian-frauds-of-the-administration/

This may be the beginning of the end of Trump’s ability to assert whatever version of reality he wants.

#heatherCoxRichardson Scholar of authoritarianism Timothy Snyder noted in Thinking About… that Trump’s personal corruption is another interpretive framework for thinking about his decision to go to war. Trump’s sudden foray into regime change after years of attacking other presidents who tried it raises the question of whether he is acting for other countries in the Middle East he considers his allies.

“Given the stupefyingly overt corruption of the Trump administration,” Snyder wrote, “one must ask whether the United States armed forces are now being used on a per-hire basis.” Snyder noted that Gulf Arab states eager to curb Iran’s power “have generated extremely generous packages of compensation for companies associated with Trump personally and with members of his family.”
