Why am I so afraid of blank pages? #journal #journaling
My therapist asked me today to fill in the blank. “I am truly happy when _______.” And I had nothing. Nothing. Nothing makes me truly happy? And I think I figured it out. I never feel truly happy because I’m always waiting for the other shoe to fall. Always waiting for it to fall to shit somehow. #therapy
