Like @SteveFaulkner, I believe that human expert analysis will always be required. Web sites and applications SHOULD be developed both accessible and usable, out of the box. Because they aren't, we keep falling further behind.

Consequently, in my view, automation and AI will help us achieve scalability much faster and more pervasively.

Like Steve and many other friends and colleagues, I want a world without digital barriers. And I want to see it before I die...
