I wanted to make slow cooker ribs for my mom but that always takes 8 hours. I have an Instant Pot but converting the recipe was a challenge since I rarely use it.
I decided to work smarter. I put the recipe through AI and told it to convert the recipe for the IP. Took less than a minute to spit out the IP recipe. Damn! Ribs came out better than the slow cooker! Cook time was about 1 hour! The meat is falling off some of the bones. Mahalo to my AI overlords!
