My method? I never count calories. That’s a losing game. The body’s weight set point (which is regulated by insulin and cortisol levels) must be lowered.
Never snack. Space your meals. Eat lots of veggies. Avoid added sugar. Don’t drink calories. Light exercise daily. Get plenty of sleep. Reduce stress.
