Song Nr 4 "Elster" is about the play Woyzeck by Georg Büchner. This theme goes all the way back to our shared schooldays, where we read and even played parts of it. The first verse is a direct quote from the play, the second verse is a reversal of that quote, as if to reverse the events of the plot.

Song Nr 3 "Shora" is about the novel that inspired us to name our Band #malefreak and also had a big impact on the cover artwork. The novel "A Door into Ocean" by Joan Slonczewski is set out to be a antithesis to Dune. We don't want to reveal much more about the plot, but rest assured it is well worth your time!

Song Nr 2 "Maridia" is about the aquatic area in #supermetroid with its' "halls made of water" and a "tub made of narrowness". We have a pretty strong sub-theme (no pun intended) about water, so it seemed just about right to have a song about Maridia.
