My profile had become 'unsizeable' - under
_appearance_ ... _use native window_ was checked. Once checked it off - the Vivaldi windows once again becomes sizable.

Using _workspace switcher_ (desklet) and _workspace name_ (applet)
Workspace switcher puts mini-workspace images on a panel. Workspace name lists the current workspace name on a panel.

Since workspace name color doesn't appear configurable-it's black. Use a lighter, _fixed_ wall paper image so that workspace name can be seen.
