One of my little secrets to hypno success has been listening while I sleep. Yeah, reslly. I wasnt sure if it would work at first but with the files Ive been listening to I can feel the changes.

Grsb yourself a sleep mask with headphones inside, put the files on repeat and thats usually all I need.
