My mission is simple but urgent: to bring technology back into service of people and society.
1. Digital Super-intelligent AI will likely arrive within 10–20 years. If it’s owned and steered by a few firms, it risks widening the gap between rich and poor worldwide, centralizing power, extracting data, and automating decision-making without public oversight.
But we can choose a different path: build on Free & Open Source Software & Hardware (FOSS(H)), open governance, and employee-owned organizations so that AI creates broad prosperity, not dependency.
2. FOSS(H) stands for Free and Open Source Software (& Hardware) ... technology like for example Linux and Nextcloud that is transparent, community-driven, and free from Big Tech lock-in. It’s the foundation for a more ethical, sustainable digital Europe.
So through FOSS H, I am looking to combine:
🧭 Consulting ... guiding organizations toward European, open, sovereign, sustainable IT (future shareholders).
👩💻 Talent ... connecting (FOSSH) experts and developers who believe in ethical technology (future shareholders).
🌱 Stewardship, Community ... building an ecosystem where digital autonomy and moral purpose meet (also future shareholders/stewards).
