Folks living in #Alberta who want the #covid and #flu #vaccines: they are free at #AHS clinics, but not @ #pharmacies.

There's a list of medical conditions that qualify to get the free vaccines, but if you don't qualify, book anyway. When the admitting nurse asks if you qualify, say yes. They can't look at your medical records to verify.

I've noticed that my #mentalhealth seems to be tied with my perception of my age. I keep having to remind myself that I am not, actually, in my mid 50s.
There's something about the trudgery of burnout that just feels like I've aged more than I really have.

Which begs the question: if I start mistaking my age as 20 something, does that mean I have really good mental health, or that I'm suffering from delusions?
