“Org chart” — I’ve been thinking a lot about organizations. As I was photographing this root system I realized how appropriate this is as a metaphor for organizations. The health of a plant depends on the roots and the ability of roots to support the plant depends upon the growth medium that surrounds the roots. I hope you are in good soil.
