why I don't eat anymore? I sometimes wonder why then I remember, I was criticized and compared when I did "Why can't you be like her? She's more skinny." Family, friends, mother, over and over. I wondered why I couldn't be perfect, Why I couldn't get skinnier, why I couldn't be more quiet. So I finally did, I shut up, The voices went quiet. Nobody noticed I avoided both, Nobody cared, they just praised And it hurt. "Your gaining weight again" ...

"Children"

I was a child, not for long, I might add. I grew up fast, I had to learn to protect my siblings before I tried to protect myself. I never learnt what a "sorry" meant, only a broken version was taught to me. I never got to experience a real "I love you" till my early teens, even so I never believed it, Only broken versions were dared to be taught to me, to love is to lie and hurt.

This is a small poem I made for my grandmother on the day she passed, on jan 28th this year, I made it on that very day..

Roses, they even look good with you on your deathbed. roses helped you thrive, live your life, helped you sing in the sunlight and just like then you wilted and crumbled away. just like them they wilt but look beautiful anyways, just like them you crumbled away. just like them they wilt but I believe you look beautiful anyways.

I found this little rascal outside, don't worry we fed him, kept him warm then handed him over to the humane society. They found him an adoptive mother there and he's now a fledgling!
