Habe versucht meine E-Mail-Adresse bei der #Telekom zu ändern. Was für eine Odyssee. Anmeldung im Businesskundenportal (Mobilfunkvertrag) ist kläglich gescheitert. Im Festnetzportal taucht der Mobilfunkvertrag aber auf 🤔. Das gesamte Portal ist sowas von unübersichtlich. Ich habe gefühlt 4 verschiedene Startseiten gesehen und von einigen Unterseiten gibt es kein zurück....🤔 Kein wunder das die großen deutschen Firmen im weltweiten Vergleich nicht mithalten können. #peinlich
