IN THE PURSUIT OF THE PERFECT NEGRONI set up by @no3gin.matthew at @valerienewyorkcity. A perfect #Gincident. Amazingly, it was a night fueled with a quadfecta of Gin based cocktails. The Classic Negroni & Window Seat by VALERIE’s chancellor of cocktails @marshallvincent. The Orange Moon by Dear Irving’s cocktail Queen @gingerrickey. The Serenade by @atsushi_nyc a cocktail creating viceroy in his own right. And of this simmered in the chill funderground beats by @callschwabby.

I had the privilege of attending the Martini Expo hosted by renowned Cocktail and Spirits Author Robert Simonson at The Landing located at Industry City, Brooklyn.
A one-day Gin (Vodka and Sake) fueled blitzkrieg focused on the classic of classic cocktails, The Martini.

Always interesting to see a bar change ownership/direction. Last time I was here (maybe a yr ago) it was a Tequila focused bar called Gran Electria.
Now it's a Swedish restaurant called Hildur.
Thankfully both had/have IPAs.
Grimm Wavetable works for a chill Sunday afternoon vibe.
