Because of this, it is wise to implement change carefully, much like England did. Gradual reforms is better for stability and prevent the chaos that often accompanies rapid, shortsighted change.

@MikeDunnAuthor Please read up on the French history. Yes, change is necessary but descending down the path of anarchy leads to chaos. Sustainable progress is painful but pragmatic.
