Great note we just got:

Hello,
I cut out those cards that can be printed from your website for our kids to present, if they must, while out playing.
To my complete shock the person who laminated them for me at my local Staples LOVED them. They made quite an impression. She even volunteered, "I hope they never need them. I said, "Me, too."
