Mum passed away 5 weeks ago, her funeral is next Tuesday, almost 6 weeks to wait is just cruel, there is no respect or dignity anywhere in this, delays mainly due to staff shortages, we couldn't even register her death until yesterday due to a backlog of scheduled appointments. It feels like I've been in suspended animation for months. Welcome to Britain ðŸ˜
