Seeing the #AuroraBorealis has always been on my bucket list. I thought I’d have to travel to Alaska to see it, and with a #disability and #wheelchair, that is more involved. So I feel INCREDIBLY #blessed to instead have the #NorthernLights come to me in #Boise, #Idaho! We drove up the mountain a bit and got some lovely proof of our adventure! #Aurora

Meet my sister’s new nemoshés (#puppy)! His name is Mishkweze (“Mishko” for short). He enjoys long romps through the grass and annoying the heck out of his older #Husky siblings. He is the goodest boy, and I love him. I also love that the sis won the battle in naming him, so he is officially a #Native #dog.

It’s National Native American Heritage Month! And it’s also my 1st #Fediversery today! I thought I’d express my joy for both by sharing my new tribal flag that my grandma shipped me from the Rez! I guess I’m the first to ask for one for personal use, so it was made especially for me. I feel so grateful for and proud of where I come from! Now I just need to get the wrinkles out and figure out where to display it in little ol’ #Idaho… Happy #NAHM to my fellow #Natives! We’re still here! ✊🏽
