Currently rebuilding my Home Lab with Ansible and CI pipelines on my own Forgejo instance.

And the stuff just works?!

How refreshing!

@Kovah Found the answer after posting to the Forgejo repo: using the correct path for mounting the Docker config file worked! πŸ₯³

I want to set up a #Forgejo Action Runner which starts #Docker images via docker-in-docker. Only issue: I am unable to authenticate against any registry. The dind container just aborts with 401 Unauthorized.

Does anyone know how to configure a Forgejo dind runner to access private registries? πŸ™

No wonder that so many services get hacked.
Currently figuring out a Hashicorp #Vault setup and the first tutorial I find just disables mlock (needed for a production server!) and grants privileged access to the #Docker container.
And it gets even worse: #Codex suggested the same. WTF?!

I am really torn between letting #AI tackle tasks that I just don't have the time for, or doing it on my own and push through.
Throwing AI on issues may solve a problem, but introduces holes in your #knowledge about and #maintainability of the #code.

I can't be the only one. 🫠

Started watching the #Laracast video series "How to build a Dev team" by Matt Stauffer. Although I am not a manager, the series contains A LOT of excellent insights and suggestions on team building, communication and culture. πŸ’ͺ
