I like sharing the #books I read here with sometimes a fibre arts question. I'm into #knitting, #crochet, #crossstitch and a bunch of other fiber crafts. The genres I'm into are varied but mostly #fantasy or #sff related. I make it a goal each year to read as diversly as possible, in as many ways as possible.

I did some damage at my local yarn shop today! I got two sweater quantities of Glamcot by Lana Grossa for vintage summer tees, Stone Washed by Scheepjes for an amigurumi bunny and Ecopuno by Lana Grossa for a lacey vintage blouse. @Paws2Spindle I also use a german twisted cast on for socks. So no option to do it in pattern. Never had a complaint that it was to tight or to loose.
A huge benefit of using #storygraph is the stats! I was looking for a comfort read and a book I'm most likely to enjoy is the backlist of a favorite author. I was able to look through my most read authors by year and found some good suggestions! I had such a good time at the festival! So many cool constumes (do I need a crochet witch hat?) and the vendors all had great handmade things to buy. I got mango fudge for me and flower earrings for my mom. Just an hour and I'm still exhausted a day later but 100% worth it. #renfair #actuallyautistic
