I deleted my account on Furry Network. I wasn't active there anyway. You can still find me on Fur Affinity, where I also uploaded all of my novel-related content, including excerpts from my novel. Not much is happening at the moment, though. I'm still proofreading.
Thanks to the invaluable support of my illustrator Ariakey, we're bringing four more of my novel's characters to life very soon. The style will be the same as shown below. You've got plenty to look forward to!
I've received the first 200 pages of corrections from my editor. I’m already making some improvements to the remaining pages as well to enhance the reading experience. There's still quite a bit to do… I'd like to have the first printed book ready by spring 2027 at the latest.
Helping paws: In typical isekai fashion, the search for allies plays a central role in my novel. Danger lurks around every corner. That's why the heroes of my novel aren't particularly fussy. Those who cannot adapt have no chance of survival in Nyika.
Parting ways: Even though the main goal of isekai novel characters is to find their way back into the human world, the path to achieving this is far from clear. Disagreements, or even arguments, are not unusual. Even long-standing friendships are at risk.
The editing of my novel is proceeding. I’m increasingly toying with the idea of splitting my novel (300,000 words, almost 1,200 pages) into two books. I’m not sure if it’s a good idea, but at least readers wouldn’t feel overwhelmed by the project's length.
The water element in RPG's is mostly known for healing/cleansing allies, slowing enemies down and rather low damage. I wonder how players would react if the protagonist of another RPG is actually tied to the water element and kicks some serious ass.
The defensive qualities of the water element are no exception in my novel either. However, while it is true that water can be used as a healing tool, it also pierces through enemy forces with brutal ferocity.
