Apropos of nothing, I hate litigation where the opposing party’s legal team is in disarray or at war with itself. Won’t necessarily make winning any easier (tho it may in long run) but sure does make it more difficult, expensive, unpredictable, & unproductive. So many pointless fights among lawyers instead of focusing on interests of clients we represent & legal system we serve.

Today would have been my great grandmother’s 137th birthday. Ida Mae Owen Mays lived in this house at Niagara Springs Ranch with my great grandfather, Utah Rep James Mays, on the Snake River in what is now Thousand Springs State Park in Idaho.
A lot of the work is just getting from one place to another without falling in the river. #FlyFishingLessons
