Alright, now I just gotta give him arms! I'm thinking about breaking them up into separate ovals for fill and outline, then draw the outline before the fill so that on screen, it looks like a single sprite. Then the hands will go on top.

Finished spriting Tux and Konqi's water forms. Now I gotta do Penny and Katie. Also added an optional scanline overlay that I think goes really well with the soft filter.
