At this very young organisation that i run - Veditum - we've initiated a fellowship - #MovingUpstream - to get young Indians to walk along our rivers to document the rivers and life around it.

In big cities like Chennai, after destroying the huts of poor Dalit people and leaving them stranded with no home, the government takes pity on them and awards alternate land (read:displaces them) as a form of charity.

Along the same lines, the Supreme Court has awarded alternate land to Muslims after their place of worship (Babri Masjid) was demolished. Only pity has been demonstrated here, there has been no attempt to uphold/establish justice.
