I used Notebook LM to run an idea list and see which was the ideal choice based on Notebook's reasoning for the best choice for the ideation phase.

The number of times I said the words Idea, Ideal, and Ideation is crazy at this point; the main core word is "IDEA."

Do we love a good idea chart? Yes! Do we love it when Notebook LM doesn't save past chat history conversations? No. I need the Google team to fix that expeditiously.

Topic idea ratings. Ooh, ah, ideas and choices. Since we are basically locked in at this point (besties fr), I used Notebook LM again to rate which idea is the best based on the reasoning given.

One thing about Notebook is you can't start asking to list out idea ratings if you haven't fed any info. I did that twice now, but anyway...🌭

Me: Hey, Notebook LM, cluster my chaotic data into something useful.
Notebook LM: Here’s a map of your data; also, have you considered THIS wild connection?
Me: Oh no, but also yes?? 🤯

💡 TL;DR – AI-generated idea clusters? Surprisingly good. I found themes I wouldn’t have. Some clusters were more substantial than others, but that's what experimenting is.

Once again, I used Notebook LM again. (shocker) I know.

I tested HMW Qs and fed additional questions to see if they would give me meaningful, high-level, diverse questions. Overall, I got a good report. I would say.

It's Tuesday!! No ideas came to mind when I wrote this Mastodon post. My brain is too empty to come up with something interesting to say, so Live, laugh, and love. 💗💗

But I wanted to try out notebook LM again to see how it would work for the ideation phase, and it seems to be doing all right. I'm not going to be too bent out of shape about it, but I wanted to try out quick idea pitches to see how well they would do.

I'm not sure, y'all. If I had to place money on a fight between Notebook LM and ChatGPT, I think Notebook would be the raining champion. Inspired by @hbhennessey's persona generation using ChatGPT and how hers was a bust, I had the bright idea to do the same but with Notebook LM.

Needless to say, I was pleased with Notebook's success rate and thought the responses were helpful.

In this experiment, I explored how AI-assisted feedback could improve the LinkedIn profile update process. I tested AI-generated suggestions for profile optimization and insights.
