Yarn Squirrel is a new iOS app for knitters and crocheters
who are tired of having patterns scattered everywhere —
Ravelry, PDFs in email, screenshots, bookmarks...

We're bringing it all into one beautiful library.

More soon. Follow along 🧶

I'm back on Mastadon, and discovered a new hobby - #vibeCoding. I've made a really mean accessible audio editor with some unusual features, an accessible billing program, a TTS program, and a google meet scheduler, that went horribly wrong today. But loving being able to create useful stuff. :-) Also decided to ditch Wordpress, and have been feeling adventurous. Started building a website in Grab. Once I've got more than one page, I'll show it here. :-)
@Artsandsocks Oh, wow, I have this in my list of things I want to knit. I might just give it a try. I like things with unusual constructions.
Hi #knittersofmastodon I'm looking for a kind of shawl that stays on my narrow shoulders; someone recommended faroese shawls. Any suggestions for faroese shawl patterns?
@aleen You've made me want to give this one a try. :-)
If cats make a racket it's called catterwalling, right? Is there such a thing as doggerwalling? Doggerwoofing? Doggeryapping? LOL #randomthoughts

December 3 is the International Day for Persons with Disabilities
#IDPD. This day promotes an understanding of disability issues, and mobilizes support for the dignity, rights, and well-being of people with disabilities.

We're big into this kind of support - it's one of the principles (perhaps the most crucial principle!) upon which our event was founded.

@haloedrain I've never bothered to block my acrylic square blankets. I might just pin the squares so they line up and then start sewing it up, and it's always worked out fine for me.
@terrymatz I finished the Fibonacci Love sweater by Hinterm Stein about 2 weeks ago. I thoroughly enjoyed it and the Fibonacci sequence on the sleeves kept it interesting for me. :-)
