Today’s walk, along an old wall marking the 🇫🇷🇨🇭border in the Jura mountains was almost entirely over deep frozen moss, covering everything in a springy layer of green.
Have you ever wondered what a fleece jacket would turn into if you left it in the woods? I wonder how long it took for this one to turn into a mossy sculpture? These are deep, deep woods, and we were far from a path.

Just gorgeous, haunted landscapes.
