Does anyone have a handy resource on submission deadlines and word count limits for spring law journal submissions (especially online law journals)? Or does everyone just search the old fashioned way?

Last month, Neil Richards, @hartzog, and I submitted comments in response to the FTC's ANPR on commercial surveillance. Our comments urge the Commission to promulgate substantive rules which will foster trust in digital markets and enable human flourishing. With the Minnesota DFL taking the state senate and now holding a trifecta, I'm curious whether we will see progress on a state privacy bill in 2023. I haven't heard anything since the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act was proposed in 2021, but the conditions seem right.
During a flight delay yesterday I sat at an airport bar and (inadvertently) overhead strangers tell each other their entire life story, including everywhere they have lived, where they went to college, their career, dating history, etc. It's such a neat example of Alan Westin's concept of anonymity as a state of privacy.
