The world is out on the streets calling for peace. In our phones, we face war, grief, fury, bewilderment. You don’t have to carry the world alone, you are invited to belong to it.
Let the feelings come as tides through you. They aren’t flaws to be fixed — they are instruments tuning you to what matters.
Today: touch something in nature. Name three truths: what you love, what you fear, what you’ll care for. Then do one small act: check on a neighbour, send trusted aid, or simply keep watch.
In noisy times, begin small: breathe with a tree, drink water as river, eat as soil becoming you.
Gather your people—circles, tables where grief and courage speak.
Act, plant, defend, return to joy.
Think like a mountain, move like mycelium.
