Trying to write a bio about myself is weird. When I write it, it sounds pretentious to my inner dialog. Oh well! This is me. I don't claim to be anything or know anything but try my hardest to be kind and friendly. Hopefully I have something to contribute! 😊 I start my days at 3:30 am. Drink some coffee then workout until 6. I'm a mailman to supplement my existence. My wife is Jen. Betty White is our cat cuz she's ALL white.

Tropicals grow excellent in Missouri. This banana tree has been in the ground now going on 6 years. It does need to be close to the foundation, trimmed all the way back and mulched in with about 1' of mulch because we do get a deep Freeze. It will eventually be about 20' tall. Up over the gutters. #growprettyshit #gardensinthecity

30 minutes of ab workout. 20 minutes and 2.5 miles on the rower. 10 more on the elliptical just for grins. Gonna get in the sauna at 144° for 20 minutes then roll my back on the thoracic table. This is my workout Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays. #exerciseisgoodforyou

Maybe switching to this app will be best. I woke up early to workout and take some pics of flowers. Played on Twitter. Made 3 posts. About 1 and a half hours later I'm getting "cannot retrieve tweets" messages. And I don't think I was really using it that much. I'm mad and a bit confused. I hate starting over... but patience is reality!
It just sucks. I was learning how how to play the game. The jackass who owns the field went and changed all the rules now everything is all weird and different again. Damn it!!!
