@pikhq Yes. I pulled over to the side of the road, got out and walked around until I could ground myself. But it was white knuckles for a few minutes while trying to get to a place I could pull over.

Make this an opportunity to follow the outspoken POC, women, LGBTQ, disabled or any marginalized group. You will learn so much, it will be uncomfortable at times as it shatters a lot of incorrect perceptions of our societies.
Make sure to listen, really listen and once your uncomfort turns to anger at the systems, step up to help in whatever way you can
