Working on playing with a specific color palette and from my imagination and very intuitively. This turned out far nicer than I expected. Really like these colors.

A new abstract. The first one I did that really got me excited about working on abstracts, though I struggled so much with getting the colors just right.
This is so much smaller than how I envision the piece in my head, but was good to figure out what worked and what didn’t. Going to work on a much larger version next.

Clafoutis is not bad…but not great.
It puffed up beautifully, but I think the cream instead of milk made it a bit dense, and the strawberries weren’t quite sweet enough & it needed more sugar in the recipe.
Even so, it’s tasty. A crème anglais on top would be perfect.
